HTI offers introductory and intermediate level non-accredited courses in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2003. These courses provide the building blocks for individuals who may desire to obtain a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in one or more MS Office applications.

Pre-requisites: Participants must have a working knowledge of Windows based operating systems, PC fundamentals, and the use of the internet. Although courses are offered at an introductory level, these classes are not an introduction to PC’s and participants should have a basic knowledge of computers.
Customized courses: Available for one on one basis or with a minimum of 5 participants for standard rates.
** Students may purchase Microsoft Office Specialist certification preparation classes at an additional cost of $200 per 6 hour session. Prices do not include certification test fee. Certification vouchers can be purchased at $75 each. Testing is administered on-site.
